What a Weekend!

We had so much fun this weekend! Mark picked up Justin on Friday night and Max was so thrilled to have him come. They really enjoy playing with each other. Saturday morning we took Max to My Little Gym for his free trial class. The two year olds are in a class called "The Beasts". I had been telling him that we were going to take him there for the past couple of days and he was excited to go and have both mommy and daddy watch him. The class involves running, jumping, playing with bells, balls, and all sorts of gym equipment. Max does great holding himself up on un-even bars and walking across a balance beam. We were excited to see how brave and how well his balance is. We decided that we would sign him up for a summer class that meets once a week.

After Max's "gym class" we took Justin over to our local Sportsplex where we met up with some friends. Justin and Joey attempted to climb and indoor rock wall and had an adventure trying to pull them selves up the wall. Afterwards, they attempted indoor inlign skating, arcades and went to lunch together. Their afternoon was filled with playing together and watching movies. While the dads were supervising, I went with Gail and Max to pick strawberries at a local farm in Stephens City. It was sooo hot and humid but, we all managed to pick fresh strawberries and have been enjoying them all weekend! At one point Max ended up sitting down in the middle of a strawberry row and just ate away! Needless to say, after an adventurous morning he had a great nap!
